• Update your listing promptly when information changes
• Use only photos that accurately represent your business
• Not include misleading or false information
• Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws

3.2 Pricing Information

All prices displayed on your listing must be accurate and include all mandatory fees and taxes. You must honor the prices displayed on your listing at the time of booking.

3.3 Business Hours

Keep your business hours updated. If you have temporary closures or holiday hours, update your listing accordingly to avoid customer inconvenience.

4. Booking Management

4.1 Accepting Bookings

When you receive a booking through Danang Local, you agree to:

• Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
• Honor confirmed bookings at the agreed time and price
• Provide the services as described in your listing
• Treat all customers fairly and professionally
• Not discriminate against customers based on nationality, race, gender, or other protected characteristics

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You must clearly display your cancellation policy on your listing. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking:

• Notify the customer as soon as possible
• Provide a valid reason for cancellation
• Offer to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements when possible
• Excessive cancellations may result in listing suspension

5. Reviews and Ratings

Customer reviews are an important part of Danang Local. Regarding reviews:

• You may not offer incentives for positive reviews
• You may not threaten or intimidate customers regarding reviews
• You may respond professionally to reviews through our platform
• You may report reviews that violate our guidelines
• We will not remove legitimate negative reviews

Responding professionally to negative reviews demonstrates good customer service and can positively impact your reputation.

6. Fees and Payment

• Up to 2 business listings
• Basic business information display
• Booking management tools
• Basic analytics

6.2 Premium Plans

Premium plans offer additional features such as:

• Unlimited listings
• Featured placement in search results
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Priority customer support
• Promotional tools

Premium plan fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Business Conduct Standards

As a business on Danang Local, you agree to:

• Operate in compliance with all applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits
• Provide safe and hygienic premises (where applicable)
• Handle customer data in accordance with privacy laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading content to your listing, you grant Danang Local a non-exclusive license to display and promote your business on our platform and marketing materials. You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• We may use your business name and logo for promotional purposes

9. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Danang Local harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your business operations and services
• Violations of these Business Terms
• Disputes with customers
• Inaccurate listing information
• Violations of applicable laws

Danang Local is a platform connecting businesses with customers. We are not responsible for the quality of services you provide or disputes between you and customers.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your business account if you:

• Violate these Business Terms or our general Terms of Service
• Receive excessive negative reviews or complaints
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to respond to bookings consistently
• Provide false or misleading information

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your listings will be removed from the platform.

11. Changes to Business Terms

We may update these Business Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through your business dashboard. Continued use of our business services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
